Raspberry Danish On A Stick

What you need

- 1 tbsp of Agave (or honey)
- 3 small slices of Brie Cheese (cut them into rectangle shapes)
- 1 tsp of brown sugar
- Melted butter for brushing
- 1/2 Puff Pastry Sheet
- 1/2 cup of Raspberries (frozen or fresh)
- 2 drops of Vanilla essence

How to do it

1. - Preheat oven to 375 degrees-

2. Let the puff pastry sheet thaw at room temperature. I used only 1/2 of the sheet and refrigerated the rest.- While the puff pastry is thawing, prepare the filling items- In a mixing bowl, add the raspberries, agave, brown sugar and vanilla essence-

3. Mix well- Set it aside for a few minutes- Once the puff pastry is thawed, use cookie cutters to get the shape you want. I used heart shapes for this recipe. For three pieces, I cut out 6 heart shapes-

4. Place one heart shape on a flat surface- Start with the brie first-

5. Place the Popsicle stick at the halfway mark-

6. Add about 2-3 raspberries. You can add a few drops of the syrup if you desire- Close with the second puff pastry- Seal by pressing down on the edges using the tip of a fork-

7. Brush the top side with melted butter. I like to use very little butter- Gently flip it over and brush the other side with butter-

8. Place on a baking sheet- Continue the process for the rest of the cutouts-

9. Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until brown-

10. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

11. Serve immediately
