What you need

1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1 3/4 - 2 cups of milk
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 cup of whole oats
1/3 cup of pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon of vanilla
walnuts or pecans

How to do it

1. In a medium pot, combine oats and milk*, stirring frequently, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, and continue to cook until the milk has been absorbed.

2. Remove the pot from heat.Stir in pumpkin puree, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon & nutmeg. Top with walnuts or pecans. Sit back and enjoy a delicious fall breakfast.
