Pizza Burgers

What you need

5 basil leaves
1/4 cup egg substitute or 1 egg
4 whole wheat English muffins or hamburger buns
1 lbs lean ground beef (96/4)
2 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp. pizza sauce
2 Tbsp. pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
1 slice tomato

How to do it

1. Preheat grill on medium heat

2. In a bowl, add ground beef, egg, oregano and pizza sauce.

3. Mix together until combined.Divide the ground beef mixture into 4 equal pieces and form into a patty.

4. Place on grill and cook until done. About 5 minutes per side.

5. Add mozzarella cheese to burgers about 1 minute before burgers are done. Cook until the cheese is melted.Meanwhile; split your English Muffins and place on the top part of the grill and cook until lightly toasted, about 1 minute.

6. Place Pizza Burger onto English Muffin

7. Serve immediately

8. Optional Toppings: Fresh basil leaves, topped with pizza sauce and a tomato
