Pitaya Bowls

What you need

1 frozen banana
1 cup of fresh fruit (I did chopped mangoes, kiwi, strawberries and blackberries)
1/2 cup crunchy granola
2 tbsp milk
2 frozen packets of pitaya

How to do it

1. Run pitaya packets under water for 5-10 seconds.

2. Add to blender.

3. Add banana and milk. Blend on high speed until smoothie like consistency.

4. Pour into bowls. Top with fresh fruit and granola
