1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan and set aside.In a small bowl, combine eggs, Parmesan, salt, pepper, garlic powder and dry minced onion.
2. Add ground beef and mix well with your hands.Form into loaf pan. Cover with bacon slices. In a separate bowl, combine ketchup, dry mustard and Splenda together until Spleda is dissolved.
3. Pour glaze on top of bacon.
4. Bake meat loaf for 1 hour.
5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
