No Bake Oatmeal Delights

What you need

½ cup butter
6 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 cup shredded coconut
½ cup milk
3 cup rolled oats
2 cups sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract

How to do it

1. Combine the sugar, cocoa, butter & milk in a saucepan bring to a boil.

2. Add vanilla extract and remove from heat.Stir in oats and coconut until coated.Drop the mixture by the teaspoonful onto wax or parchment paper.Chill in the refrigerator until set.
