1. Combine fudge topping and 1 cup Cool Whip in medium bowl until blended.
2. Add dry pudding mix; stir for 1 minute or until fully combined and the mixture is slightly thick and creamy. Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches, side-by-side, cover with half the Cool Whip mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining sandwiches. Frost with remaining Cool Whip. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours before cutting ( I cut mine too soon!). .
