Cilantro Lime Chicken

What you need

1/2 cup cilantro
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. honey
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cut into strips

How to do it

1. In a food processor, pulse the cilantro, garlic, lime juice, honey, and olive oil.

2. Add to a ziploc bag and marinate for at least 4 hours in the fridge, ideally overnight.When ready to cook, add the chicken to a hot skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook for about 5 minute per side or until no longer pink. This is also delicious grilled.
