Chicken and Black Bean Tostizzas

What you need

1/2 cup green or red bell pepper strips
1 (1 lb. 0.3 oz) can large refrigerated flaky biscuits
1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup diced cooked chicken
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup guacamole
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream

How to do it

1. Heat the oven to 350F. Separate the dough into 8 biscuits.

2. Roll out the dough into 5-1/2-inch circles on an ungreased baking sheet. In a bowl, combine the salsa, chicken, black beans, cilantro and cumin; mix well.

3. Spread evenly over the biscuits to within 1/4-inch of the edges. Top with the green onions, bell pepper strips and cheese.

4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden and the cheese is melted. To serve, garnish with the sour cream and guacamole.----------------------recipe from Pillsbury: Best of the
