What you need

1/4 medium Fresh Cabbage
3 medium Cucumbers
1/2 cups Dill; diced; Optional
3 Garlic Cloves
1 cup Green Onions; diced; Optional
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Salt & Pepper; to taste
1 tablespoon Vinegar

How to do it

1. Dice cabbage into thin long pieces. With your hangs press cabbage to get some of the juice out.

2. Cut cucumber into same size pieces as cabbage, combine together. Press garlic into the salad and mix well together. Season with salt & pepper. Optional to add dill or any other herbs. Sprinkle with oil and vinegar.
