What you need

1 bag of Tyson Grilled and Ready Fajita Chicken Breast Strips
1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
1-2 cups of shredded Mexican Cheese
1-2 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
1 16oz pkg of Rigatoni Pasta, boiled and drained
1 Tomato, diced

How to do it

1. In a skillet over medium low heat, saute the vegetables for about 5 minutes or so.

2. Add the bags of chicken and continue sauteeing for about 5 more minutes.In a large serving bowl, add the cooked and drained pasta. Gently stir in the entire contents of the skillet.Before serving, sprinkle the top with the cheese.

3. Serve with a Side Salad and Garlic Bread. Yum!
